White-enameled cross pattée with an ornate central medallion showing the royal crown of Italy over a blue enamel background.

Medallion with royal eagle and cross, surrounded by gold enamel background and fine detail.

Exact scaled-down design with same front/reverse medallions and enamel features.
Ribbons:
Traditional red with white central stripe. The set includes original full-size, miniature, and bar ribbon.

Excellent condition overall with no visible enamel damage to the white arms or central medallions.
Ribbons:
Original and display-worthy. Some light wear/fraying visible, especially on the miniature bow (see photos).

The Order of the Crown of Italy was created in 1868 and awarded for military and civil merit during the reign of the House of Savoy. It was one of the main chivalric orders of the Kingdom of Italy until the monarchy was abolished in 1946.
